Our polo tshirts are manufactured using premium pique cotton fabric in 200-240 GSM range. We offer honeycomb pique, flat-back pique, and double-pique knit structures. Collar options include tipping collar (contrast stripe), self-fabric collar, rib collar, and mandarin collar. Button options: 2-button, 3-button, and hidden placket. All polos feature reinforced shoulder seams, side vents, and taped necklines for durability.
Embroidery: computerized embroidery with up to 15 thread colours, placement on left chest, right chest, sleeve, back yoke, or collar. Maximum 50,000 stitches per design. Printing: screen print, DTG, sublimation on polyester polos. Custom labels: woven main label, printed care label, hang tag, and branded poly bags. Colour matching: Pantone colour matching with lab-dip approval before bulk production.
