Illustrative product concept. Final fabric, colour, fit and details follow your approved sample.

Fabric development

Cotton single jersey and approved blend options; review GSM, drape, finishing and shrinkage against the fit brief.

Fit and construction

Drop shoulder, wider chest and relaxed sleeve; approve measurements rather than sizing up a regular tee.

Pricing, quantity and sampling

Pricing is specification-led. Fabric composition, GSM, quantity, colour split, decoration, labels, packing, destination and shipping terms are reviewed before a written quotation is issued. Published planning guidance is not a fixed price, MOQ, dispatch promise or live stock offer.

Request a product quote · Discuss a sample

Build the oversized fit

Specify chest width, body length, shoulder drop, sleeve length and neck opening. A boxy cropped tee and a longer relaxed tee need different patterns. Start with a fit sample and agree measurement tolerances before grading.

Match weight to hand feel

GSM measures fabric weight, not softness or durability by itself. Compare knit, yarn, finishing and intended drape, then review a washed sample for neck recovery, surface appearance and fit.

Prepare the private-label programme

Share neck-label artwork, care and fibre information, barcode requirements and folding or bagging instructions. Large prints should be tested on the selected fabric before bulk decoration.

Quantity, samples and production

Pricing and quantity planning

Compare the same fabric composition, GSM, size ratio, colour split, decoration and packing before comparing quotations. A recently introduced starting point of 50 pieces per colour and design may be reviewed for suitable programmes, subject to fabric availability, construction, trims and production feasibility. Larger bulk programmes can also be planned.

Samples before bulk

Request a fit, fabric, colour or decoration sample when the product requires it. Sampling scope, any applicable sample charge, courier cost and timing are confirmed after the brief because custom fabric, several sizes, complex decoration and repeat revisions change the work involved.

Approve the specification

Agree fabric composition and GSM, measurements, size ratio, colour standard, artwork dimensions, labels and packing. Review fit, shade and decoration samples before signing off the pre-production sample, and retain one approved reference for bulk inspection.

Plan export delivery

Share the destination country or port, delivery postcode where relevant, required arrival date and requested shipping basis. Garment production, packing, freight, clearance, duties and taxes are separate cost items unless the written quotation states otherwise.

Pricing factors

Fabric and GSM

Composition, knit structure, GSM, finishing and colour affect material and production planning.

Decoration and labels

Printing, embroidery, neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging are reviewed against artwork and quantities.

Quantity and colour split

The accepted programme depends on total quantity, colours, size ratio, fabric availability and construction.

Delivery basis

Factory collection, FOB and separately priced delivered options include different logistics assumptions.

Compare the garment cost. Then compare the delivered cost.

Send one complete brief so garment, sample and logistics quotations use the same assumptions. Website planning guidance is not a converted export offer.

Buyer questions

Can I add my own label to oversized tshirts?

Yes. Discuss neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packing with the quote request. Artwork, fibre information and destination requirements are reviewed before sample approval.

How is the quantity for an oversized programme confirmed?

A recently introduced starting point of 50 pieces per colour and design may be reviewed where the construction and available material support it. The accepted quantity depends on fabric, colour splits, finishing, trims and feasibility and is confirmed in writing.
