Screen printing suits repeatable multi-colour programmes using water-based or plastisol inks. DTG supports detailed full-colour artwork on compatible cotton fabrics. Sublimation supports all-over designs on suitable polyester constructions, while discharge printing creates a softer hand-feel on compatible dark cotton fabrics. Method selection depends on fabric, artwork, colour count, quantity and durability requirements.
All our prints undergo rigorous testing: wash fastness (Grade 4-5, 50+ cycles), rub fastness (dry and wet), light fastness, and peel strength testing. We use eco-friendly OEKO-TEX certified inks that are free from harmful chemicals. Print resolution: screen print up to 150 LPI, DTG up to 1200 DPI, sublimation up to 300 DPI.
Our in-house design team provides: colour separation for screen printing, mockup generation, design scaling, and print-ready file preparation. Accepted formats: AI, PSD, PNG (300 DPI), PDF, SVG. We also offer design services for brands that need artwork created from scratch.
