We manufacture round neck tshirts in single jersey knit (140-220 GSM), interlock (180-240 GSM), and rib knit structures. Fabric options: 100% combed cotton, ring-spun cotton, cotton-polyester blends (CVC 60/40, PC 50/50), tri-blend (cotton/polyester/rayon), and 100% polyester dri-fit. All tshirts are bio-washed for softness and pre-shrunk (less than 3% shrinkage after wash). Neck options: crew neck with rib binding, self-fabric binding, or taped neck.
Screen printing: up to 8 colours, water-based and plastisol inks, 50+ wash durability. DTG (direct-to-garment): photo-quality full-colour prints, no minimum. Sublimation: all-over prints on polyester and poly-blend fabrics. Discharge printing: removes dye for soft hand-feel on dark fabrics. Heat transfer vinyl: ideal for names and numbers. Custom options: private labels, hang tags, custom packaging, and branded poly bags.
Available in XS to 5XL with three fit options: regular fit, slim fit, and oversized/drop shoulder. Custom size charts available for brands with specific requirements. We manufacture for US, UK, EU, and Asian size standards. Kids sizes from 2 years to 16 years also available.
