Esplandea Incorporation manufactures V-neck tshirts in Tirupur using cotton, modal blends, performance polyester and other suitable fabrics. Custom colours, size charts, labels, decoration, AQL 1.5 inspection, packing and export support are available.
We manufacture three V-neck depth options: shallow V-neck (2 inch depth, conservative for corporate wear), standard V-neck (3 inch, most popular for retail), and deep V-neck (4 inch, fashion-forward). Available in single jersey, rib knit, slub cotton, and modal blend fabrics. Neck finishing options: self-fabric binding, contrast binding, raw edge, and rolled hem.
V-neck tshirts available in 150-200 GSM range. 150 GSM for lightweight summer wear, 160-170 GSM for standard retail, 180 GSM for premium brands. Fabric options: 100% combed cotton, cotton-modal blend (60/40), cotton-lycra blend (95/5 for stretch fit), and polyester-cotton (65/35 for quick-dry). All fabrics are bio-washed, pre-shrunk, and OEKO-TEX certified.
V-neck tshirt quotations are prepared from the fabric, GSM, neckline construction, colour, size ratio, decoration, labels, packing, quantity, destination and shipping terms. Sample and production dates are confirmed after specification review.
